Recently, our quality technicians added up the weld counters on all of our friction welding equipment. They discovered that AFW has surpassed 10,000,000 welds for customer parts across all industries.

15-Ton Friction Welder
By adding another 15-ton friction welding machine, we are increasing the number of welded parts we can deliver to our clients. This newest 15-Ton Friction Welder includes parts orientation capabilities and features state-of-the-art computer controls.
Micro Gauge Friction Welder
We're excited to bring in our newest Micro-Gauge Friction Welder to deliver quality welding to wire gauge specifications. With the new micro-gauge friction welding machine, AFW can now join together the smallest components in our company's history.
Samsung CNC SL35-1500
Recognized for its largest capacity in its class, this heavy-duty CNC turning lathe features a cast iron structure and rigid 45 degree slant bed for heavy-duty machining. Combined with its torque tube design, the SL35-1500 is engineered to ensure minimum bending and torsion for our high-speed turning operations.
