Trace-A-Matic is a CNC Machine Shop with over 40 CNC Machine Tools. Precision Machining capabilities range from small CNC Vertical Machining Centers to large CNC Horizontal Machining Centers with up to 20 feet in the X-Axis.
CNC Turning ranges from small CNC Turning Centers to our large CNC Mazak with a 34” swing and 156” between centers. In terms of Vertical CNC Turning, Trace-A-Matic equipment ranges from Twin-Spindles with 24” swing to several Turning Machines with 90” swing and 60” under column.
D&H Industries is a precision Deep Draw and Progressive Metal Stamping Company, who manufactures to customers' specifications. Their stampings are created from a wide assortment of materials, including aluminum, brass, copper, cold- rolled steel, stainless steel, and high strength materials.
The thickness of materials used in our metal stampings can range from .005" up to 14mm, with design configurations ranging from fairly simple to extremely complex. Additional metalworking services available at D&H Industries include MIG Welding, TIG Welding, and Resistance Welding, as well as machining, countersinking, drilling, deburring, hardware insertion, and assembly.
Cutting Edge Fabrication is a Metal Fabrication Company that specializes in welding of medium and large structural steel components. In addition, Cutting Edge Fabrication has several burn tables and a 5-axis laser for laser cutting.
D&H Industries works extensively with Cutting Edge for lower volume metal stamping, production saw cutting, welding to assembly, laser cutting and press brake operations.
TURN KEY SOLUTIONS
At American Friction Welding, we take pride in being able to offer our customers a "Turnkey" product. In many cases, we procure all materials, provide saw cutting, pre-machining, friction welding, as well as any post weld machining, heat treating or plating.
