Friction Welding
we take pride in being able to offer our customers a "Turnkey"
product. In many cases we procure all materials, provide saw cutting,
pre-machining, friction welding, as well as any post weld machining,
heat treating or plating. This service gives our customers the opportunity
to place a single order for the finished assembly, manufactured
to the print specifications.
Turning
In
turning, we have a variety of CNC lathes, tracer lathes, and chuckers
to run the most economical way depending on size and quantities.
We can turn from the very small to a part 3 1/2 ft in diameter 13
feet long. Our long lathe beds, most being between 80" and
156", make us specialists in shafting, rollers, pins &
hydraulic components.
